Once the participant signs in to a test and starts collecting data it's a multiple step process to permanently delete them from the Participants list. All collected data for the participant must first be deleted.
Alternatively, you can choose to simply exclude the participant to remove them from the data set, see Exclude Participants, Questions, Samples.
To permanently delete the participant and their data:
- Abandon Booth from the serving console, if the participant is actively signed in.
- Commit any Unprocessed Data for the participant, which typically happens if at step 1 they had an active survey that was abandoned.
- Delete Completed Questionnaire Data for the participant.
- From the Test/Event Participants step, select the participant and click on [DELETE SELECTED].
