Unprocessed Data occurs when a Participant did not submit a completed questionnaire. One of the following scenarios may have taken place:

  • The Participant left the test before completing the questionnaire
  • The Participant did not click Next on the final page of the questionnaire
  • There was a loss of internet connectivity when the questionnaire was being submitted

During data collection, data is saved to RedJade immediately when a participant answers each question. The data is stored in a temporary "unprocessed" state. When the final page of the questionnaire is submitted the data is processed and becomes accessible from Live Results. Unprocessed Data can be added to the results at anytime. 


NOTE – Once Unprocessed Data is committed to the results it is no longer possible to restart the questionnaire. Use the Edit Completed Questionnaire Data feature to provide responses to any questions left unanswered. For the participant to retake the entire questionnaire, choose to Delete Completed Data then have the participant sign in to the test.




To add unprocessed data to the results:

  1. From the main menu, select ANALYSES.



  2. From the Analyses dashboard, search for the test and click on [VIEW].



  3. Click on [Unprocessed Data].



  4. Select the questionnaire(s) to commit.



  5. Click on [SUBMIT].


    The data is committed to the results.
