Data for completed questionnaires can now be edited. The data for the entire questionnaire can also be deleted, allowing the questionnaire to be retaken by the participant.

Edit Completed Data
To edit data for a questionnaire:
- From the main menu, select ANALYSES.
- From the Analyses dashboard, search for the test and click on [VIEW].
- Select View/Edit Data from the [Download Raw Data] drop-down menu.
- Search for a Participant and click the serving tile of the questionnaire to edit. Use the tabs along top of the page to view each Participant Group.
NOTE – The serving tiles display in the same order as in the Design Block. Each serving tile shows the Sample Identifiers. Hover over a serving tile to view the sample's Report Name. The Participant, Serving and Questionnaire details display in the top left along with a list of all Questions and Answers selected by the participant.
Click an Answer field and make a selection from the drop-down list.
A flag displays to the left of the Answer indicating a change was made. A Note field displays to the right of the Answer, along with a Reset button.
- Hover over the flag icon to view the original Answer.
- Optionally, enter information regarding the change in the Note field.
- Click on Reset to revert back to the original Answer.
Click on [SUBMIT].
The results are updated with the selected Answers.
The serving tile turns red, indicating data has been edited.
Delete Completed Data
To delete data for a questionnaire:
- From the main menu, select ANALYSES.
- From the Analyses dashboard, search for the test and click on [VIEW].
- Select View/Edit Data from the [Download Raw Data] drop-down menu.
- Search for a Participant and click the serving tile of the questionnaire to delete. Use the tabs along top of the page to view each Participant Group.

Hover over a serving tile to view the sample's Report Name. - The Participant, Serving and Questionnaire details display in the top left along with a list of all Questions and Answers selected by the participant.
- Click on [DELETE].
- Type "DELETE" in the confirmation field.
NOTE – Deleted questionnaire data cannot be recovered. We recommend exporting a copy of the raw data file and topline results before deleting any data, in case you need to refer back to it at a later time. - Click on [I UNDERSTAND THE CONSEQUENCES, DELETE THE DATA].
- The results are updated with the deleted data removed.
The serving tile turns grey, indicating there is no collected data.
The Design Block shows the serving as not being complete.
The Serving Console displays the serving as Next Up.
The questionnaire can be retaken. If the participant is currently logged in, the questionnaire appears as Next Up.
