Participants, Questions and Samples can be exclude from the results. When excluded, the results are updated and statistical calculations are re-run based on the updated data. Excluded data is not permanently deleted and can be re-included at any time.


NOTE – Excluded data is a temporary filter applied to the data set. Use the Edit or Delete Completed Questionnaire Data feature to permanently delete data from the results.



To exclude data from the results:

  1. From the main menu, select ANALYSES.



  2. From the Analyses dashboard, search for the test and click on [VIEW].



  3. Click on Participants, Questions, or Samples.



  4. Click on the Exclude button to the right of each row.



    The excluded row is highlighted red, the count is decreased, and the data is removed from the results.



  5. Select a questionnaire from the left bar to view the updated results.
