Participants, Questions and Samples can be exclude from the results. When excluded, the results are updated and statistical calculations are re-run based on the updated data. Excluded data is not permanently deleted and can be re-included at any time.
| NOTE – Excluded data is a temporary filter applied to the data set. Use the Edit or Delete Completed Questionnaire Data feature to permanently delete data from the results. |
To exclude data from the results:
- From the main menu, select ANALYSES.
- From the Analyses dashboard, search for the test and click on [VIEW].
- Click on Participants, Questions, or Samples.
- Click on the Exclude button to the right of each row.
The excluded row is highlighted red, the count is decreased, and the data is removed from the results.
- Select a questionnaire from the left bar to view the updated results.
