An Outcome is the result that occurs whenever a subject interacts with a campaign screener or when a recruiter calls a subject through the Recruit By Phone call-loop. When viewing the Candidates section within a campaign, subjects are grouped in tabs by Outcome. The Candidates>Contacted tab lists all subjects contacted for a campaign, with a column for Latest Outcome that can be sorted by or a Custom Filter applied.

Likewise, when a campaign's screener raw data is downloaded to Excel, data is also grouped in tabs by Outcome. The Cover Sheet and All Screeners tabs list all subjects that completed the screener, with a column for Outcome that can be sorted by or a Data Filter applied.
