Subjects can request to stop being contacted regarding upcoming studies. Subjects can withdraw consent to opt-out from being invited to participate in studies, unsubscribe from receiving email invitations or unsubscribe from receiving telephone calls from recruiters for upcoming studies. Subjects can also specify a date not to be contacted until if unavailable to participate in studies for an extended period of time.
Subjects that receive an email invitation for an upcoming study can click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email to access their contact settings and opt-out; an active My RedJade Portal account is not required for this. Subjects that do have an active My RedJade Portal account can login at anytime to manage their contact settings. Contact settings can also be managed by Recruiters and Recruiting Managers, so a subject may contact the testing facility they are signed up with to request no further contact and/or removal from their recruiting database.
