The Profile section in My RedJade Portal contains the subject's personal identifiable information (PII). The fields that display, and the ability to modify those fields, can be managed by Recruiting Managers through Subject Requirements. The subject's consent agreement details can also be viewed and modified from the Profile section.

For subjects to manage their profile:

1. From the MY REDJADE PORTAL, select PROFILE from the left navigation pane.
   
   
   
   
2. From the ABOUT tab, the subject's personal identifiable information (PII) displays. Subjects can modify the information as desired and permitted.

3. Click on [SUBMIT].
   
   
   

4. From the CONTACT tab, the subject's consent agreement details can be viewed and modify as desired.

5. To add a profile photo, hover over the profile picture box, click on [Upload Profile Picture] and locate the photo from your computer.
   
   

   NOTE – The maximum file size allowed is 98 KB and only .jpeg, .jpg, .png formats are supported.
