Subjects in RedJade are managed by Recruiting Managers and Recruiters.

View and Edit a Subject
To view and edit a subject:
- From the RECRUITING section, select SUBJECTS from the left navigation pane.
- Search for the subject and click on [VIEW/EDIT].
- The subject's profile opens. The left pane displays some basic information about the subject.
About
The About tab contains the subject's contact information. Subjects can be invited to activate their My RedJade Portal account, allowing them to self-manage their profile. Subjects can also be archived and their data permanently deleted if needed.

Contact
The Contact tab contains the subject's consent to contact details. Subjects can withdraw consent to opt-out from being invited to participate in studies, unsubscribe from receiving email invitations or unsubscribe from receiving telephone calls from recruiters for upcoming studies. Subjects can also specify a date not to be contacted until if unavailable to participate in studies for an extended period of time.
Subjects with an active My RedJade Portal account can log in at anytime to manage their contact settings. Subjects that receive an email invitation for an upcoming study can click on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. Subjects can also contact the testing facility they are signed up with to request removal from their recruiting database.

Categories
The Categories tab contains the demographic categories that a subject has assigned. Demographic categories can be assigned to subjects by Recruiting Managers and Recruiters and can be used to filter subjects for a recruiting campaign.

Household
The Household tab displays all subjects that are associated by the same address, including minors (as defined by the age value entered in Minor Requirements) that a subject has added through their Onboarding or My RedJade Portal accounts. Click the image of the Household member to view their subject account.

History
The History tab has detailed information about a subject's activities within RedJade. The following information is available:
- Subject Edits – Changes made to the subject's profile data.
- Participations – Tests that a subject has participated in.
- Blasts – Email Blasts from recruiting campaigns that have been sent to the subject.
- Interactions – Campaign screeners that have been taken or calls made to the subject by a recruiter through the Recruit By Phone call-loop for a campaign. See Campaign Outcomes for further details.
- Consent – Changes made to the subject's consent to contact data.
- Demographics – Changes made to the subject's demographic category assignments.
The list can be filtered according to the various types of data available by clicking the vertical [...] in the upper right corner of the page.
Campaigns
The Campaigns tab lists all available recruiting campaigns that the subject is currently eligible to be screened for. Details about each campaign is available and a Recruiting Manager or Recruiter can click the [INTERVIEW] button to take a subject through the qualification screener.
Schedule
The Schedule tab lists all upcoming campaigns that the subject is currently scheduled to participate in. Details about each campaign/test is available and a Recruiting Manager or Recruiter can click the [RESCHEDULE] button to update the subject's schedule.
