The Review Table is designed to display responses from previously answered questions on a page within a questionnaire, allowing the participant to review their answers. The Review Table can be displayed locally within the current questionnaire of any type or externally within a No Samples or Multiple Samples After Multiple Samples questionnaire that follows a group of Single Sample servings.

Create a Review Table

To create a Review Table you select the Review Table item from the Basic Library and complete it. 


To add a Review Table:

  1. Create a questionnaire and add questions.


  2. Select the Review Table item from the Basic Library, Page Elements folder and click on the + to add it to your questionnaire.



  3. Click on the the Review Table item to open the configuration window. Using the tabs on the right, configure the details.

  4. Select the Question Source(s) from the drop-down menu and select a question to display in the Review Table.

    NOTE – Questions that come before the Review Table are available in the drop-down list. The Review Table should be placed following the questions to be displayed, typically at the end of the questionnaire.

    NOTE – For No Samples or Multiple Samples After Multiple Samples questionnaires, questions from external questionnaires are also available in the drop-down list. In order for the answers to display in the Review Table, the No Samples or Multiple Samples After Multiple Samples questionnaire must be linked in Design Block to the group of questionnaires containing the Question Source(s).





  5. Select the [+ADD QUESTION] button to display additional questions in the Review Table.



  6. Select the move icon to drag and reorder the Question Source(s). Click on the red X to remove a Question Source(s).



  7. The Column Header includes the text that displays in the table for each Question Source(s). By default the entire question text is included. Optionally, enter a short description to display as the text.



  8. Enter the question in the Question Text Box. Use the editing tools to format it as desired.



  9. Click anywhere off the window to close it. The question updates on the page.



  10. When finished with the questionnaire, click on the X in the upper-right corner of a questionnaire to close it. If you have outstanding changes, you will be prompted to save. RedJade returns you to the Surveys page for the test.


  11. When viewing the questionnaires, the answers from the specified Question Source(s) display in the Review Table.




    When using the Zipper™ Feature for Simultaneous Sample Evaluations, the Sample Codes for all samples evaluated within the questionnaire display in the table.

    For No Samples and Multiple Samples After Multiple Samples questionnaires with external Question Source(s), all Sample Codes that come before the linked questionnaire display in the table.


    NOTE – For No Samples and Multiple Samples After Multiple Samples questionnaires:
    • The Review Table will not display answers in the Questionnaire Builder Preview or in the Test Previewer. Review Table answers from external question source(s) will only display when participants take the surveys. 
    • To display answers in the Review Table, the questionnaire must be linked in Design Block to the group of questionnaires containing the external question source(s).
