In addition to a user's ability to manage their notifications, a Company Administrator in the RedJade® Suite also has permissions to edit a user's notification settings. An administrator can choose if they want a user to receive those notifications in RedJade, by email, none, or both.

To manage a user's team:

  1. From the ADMIN section, select USERS from the left navigation pane. Select the user to view his or her profile.



  2. From the selected user's profile, select the NOTIFICATIONS tab.



  3. Check the boxes for IN APP and/or EMAIL of each item as desired to enable the notification. Uncheck the box to disable the notification.


  4. Click on [SUBMIT].
