RedJade is moving from cookies to local storage for managing your survey station registrations. This change is designed to improve the survey experience.

Why are we making this change?

Local storage offers enhanced privacy and improved performance. Your data remains on your device and is not transferred to RedJade or third parties.

Who is impacted by this?

All company accounts and their survey stations.

What do you need to do to prepare?

We’ve already started the transition. All new company accounts since January 2024 use local storage by default. We’ve also moved individual companies on a case-by-case basis to improve their survey experience. If your survey token storage mode is already set to local storage, no further action is needed.

Company Administrators can move your company to local storage mode at your convenience. The transition is seamless and your survey station registrations remain intact. However, we do recommend checking your onsite survey stations to confirm. To move to local storage mode:

If you experience issues with your survey stations, you can switch back to cookies mode and contact support@redjade.net for assistance.

What if you do not move to local storage?

On January 2, 2025 we will automatically transition all remaining company accounts to local storage mode. You don’t need to take any action – this transition will be seamless, and your survey station registrations will remain intact.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to support@redjade.net.
