The My RedJade Subject Portal can now be customized and themed to align with your corporate branding. The portal customization is managed by the RedJade support team. For initial setup costs contact sales@redjade.net.

The following settings are available for configuration:

  1. Portal Hostname – The subdomain url for your company's portal. For example, this replaces "https://my.redjade.net" with "https://yourcompanyname.redjade.net". Alternatively, a custom domain url can be used. Custom domains must be registered and managed by the end-user with a CNAME record added that points to RedJade.
  2. Favicon Logo & Title – The small icon and title that appears in the browser tab. This replaces the "R" logo and "My RedJade" in the browser tab with your custom text.
  3. Primary Color – Customize the the sidebar and button colors. This replaces the default color      #6796B1.
  4. Logo Template – Add a custom logo and text that displays in the top left of the portal page. This replaces the red "R" logo and "My RedJade" text above the subjects profile picture.
  5. Sidebar Template – Include additional information such as text, logos, hyperlinks or buttons that navigate to your external website. For example, you may list a contact phone number or have a link that opens an external webpage with contact information on it.
  6. Footer Template – Include a custom footer with text, logos, or hyperlinks that displays below the portal pages.



The email address that appears as the sender or from address in emails sent from RedJade can also be specified to an email from your own domain. This replaces "no-reply@redjade.net" with an @yourdmain email address. The email domain must first be verified with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records added. Additionally, an Email Header Image can be uploaded to your company profile page. This replaces the RedJade logo at the top of the following:
