Topline Analysis charts can now be downloaded directly to PowerPoint. When additional analyses are created, such as Penalty Analysis or Conjoint, those charts can be included in the Topline PowerPoint download. When a filter is applied the filtered results can also be downloaded to PowerPoint. The sort order of samples in the Topline tables and charts can now be specified as well.

Descriptive Analysis charts can also be downloaded to PowerPoint. The customer charts (e.g., spider plots) are included from the Descriptive Analysis PowerPoint download.

To download results to PowerPoint:

1. From the main menu, select ANALYSES.
   
   
   
   
2. From the Analyses dashboard, search for the test and click on [VIEW].
   
   
   
   
3. Click the download button from the Topline Analysis or Descriptive Analysis sections and select Download PowerPoint.

4. Optionally, click the settings cog to and select Export Setting.
   
   
   
   The following options are available:
   
   
   Post Hoc Settings: (applied to Topline Web View, Excel and PowerPoint Downloads)
   

   Significant Question Postfix – Characters added to the end of the question text or reporting name when significant. Export Significant Questions Only – Only include significant questions when downloading the topline results.

   
   Chart Settings: (applied to Excel and PowerPoint Download)
   

   Include Mean Score Charts – When Means are enabled on a question, include the mean charts in the Excel and PowerPoint files. Include Answers Charts – Include the charts for Percent's or Counts in the Excel and PowerPoint files.  Include Box Answer Charts – When Box Answers are enabled on a question, include the box answers charts in the Excel and PowerPoint files. Display Values on Answer Charts – Include the values on the answer charts when answer charts are included.

   
   PowerPoint Configuration: (applies to PowerPoint Download only)
   

   Analyses Include JAR Summary Analysis – Include the Just-About-Right (JAR) question tables from the Summary Report in the PowerPoint file. Include Penalty Analysis – Include the tables and charts from the Penalty Analysis in the PowerPoint file.  Include Conjoint Analysis – Include the Relative Importance and Utility charts from the Conjoint Analysis in the PowerPoint file. Include Correspondence Analysis – Include the Scree Plot and Symmetric Plot for Multiple Selection (CATA) and Free Sort questions in the PowerPoint file. Correspondence Analysis Plotting Threshold – Only include Symmetric Plots for Dimensions that meets the minimum threshold value. Include Slides Include Sample Images – Include sample images on the sample details slide when images have been uploaded. Include Text Summary – Include RedJade AI-generated Text Summaries in the PowerPoint file. Include Text Questions – Include individual open-ended text responses in the PowerPoint file. Include Settings Slide – Include a slide with the analysis settings specified. Include Interval Means Slide – Include a line chart with all interval questions that have means enabled. Include Interval Median Slide – Include a line chart with all interval questions that have median enabled.  Include Interval Mode slide – Include a line chart with all interval questions that have mode enabled.

   
   
   QUESTIONS – Select/unselect questionnaires or individual questions to include/exclude from the Topline Excel and PowerPoint Downloads.
