When subjects are ineligible for a campaign they will be listed under the candidates ineligible tab.  A report with details about the subject's ineligibility can be viewed. Subjects are typically ineligible due to the details and custom filters configured on the campaign.

NOTE – Subject's that have declined consent are automatically ineligible for all campaigns. See Obtaining and Monitoring Consent from Subjects and Unsubscribe for further details.



To view a subject's ineligible report:

  1. From the Recruiting section in RedJade, click on [VIEW/EDIT] for a Campaign.


  2. Select CANDIDATES from the left navigation pane. Select the INELIGIBLE tab to view the list of ineligible subjects.

    Search for the subject and click on [REPORT].



  3. The reasons for being ineligible for the campaign display.


    Additionally, click on [SHOW ALL CRITERIA] to view the eligibility check criteria that was passed.
