Once a design has been created, the questionnaires associated with that design can be be modified. If a new questionnaire is created, you can add it to an existing design, and if a questionnaire is no longer applicable to a design it can be removed.
To modify the questionnaires on a design:
- From the Design Block step, select the design tab you want to update. Click [EDIT] if the design was previously approved.
- Click on Questionnaires.
- In the Design Block Questionnaires window, check the questionnaires to add or uncheck to remove them.
Click [SUBMIT]. - The design is updated with the questionnaire selections. Use the work area to configure the design. You can group samples and drag questionnaires into position.

Added questionnaires and associated samples display below the builder area. Click and drag them up to the desired serving positions.
Removed questionnaires and associated samples are automatically removed from the design block build. - Click on [BUILD NOW] to update the block. Click on [APPROVE] when done.
- Click on [SUBMIT] to exit the wizard and return to the Test Dashboard.
