Once a subject has completed a screener for a campaign, the answers and demographic assignment can not be modified. However, it is possible for Recruiting Managers and Recruiters to clear the responses to re-interview the subject. The subject is not able to retake a screener directly, it can only be completed by a recruiter.

To clear responses and re-interview a subject:

  1. From the Recruiting section in RedJade, click on [VIEW/EDIT] for a Campaign.


  2. Select CANDIDATES from the left navigation pane. Select the CONTACTED tab to view the list of all subjects that started the screener.

    Search for the subject, click the down arrow on the [RECRUIT BY PHONE] button and select Clear responses and re-interview.

    NOTE – The previous screener answers are cleared immediately and can not be restored. We recommend exporting a copy of the screener raw data file before clearing responses, in case you need to refer back to it at a later time.



  3. From the CALL INTRODUCTION page, click on [ANSWERED] then [START INTERVIEW]. 




  4. The screener opens from the beginning on page 1 with all previous answers cleared. Once the screener is completed, the new responses, demographic assignments and outcome are applied.

    NOTE – If a Confirmation Email is configured on the campaign, the subject will be sent an email to confirm the scheduling change.
