The following changes have been made to how session times are configured when scheduling onsite events with recruiting enabled:
- When a new reservation is created, 0 sessions are listed. Click the [+ADD] button to manually create and configure sessions. If no sessions are added then an initial session will be automatically created.
- The Duration of the initial session created is set to 60 minutes at the Reservation Start Time.
- Session Start Time is now configurable on a per-session basis.
- Minutes Before has been changed to Minutes Between and now is only applied when adding sessions. Thereafter, you can modify the Start Time and/or Duration to adjust individual sessions.
- Editing the Reservation Start Time no longer auto adjusts Sessions Start Time nor unschedules subjects.
- Editing a Session Start Time or Duration will not unschedule subjects. Adjusting session times will apply the changes to the scheduled subjects. You will need to contact subjects and notify them of the change.
- Deleting a session will unschedule the subjects scheduled in that session. See also Recruiting: Rescheduling Scheduled Respondents
- Moving (click-and-drag) a reservation to a new date will not unschedule subjects. Adjusting session times will apply the changes to the scheduled subjects. You will need to contact subjects and notify them of the change.
- Deleting the reservation will unschedule all subjects scheduled in all sessions. See also Recruiting: Rescheduling Scheduled Respondents
- When subjects are unscheduled, their Unscheduled Session time is now available from the campaign's Candidates>Unscheduled tab. You can view it by clicking the (i) icon for each subject or by downloading the list.
