Cutting Tests now present samples in a list to select from, when serving order is not enforced. This allows for participants to see all available samples, choose which sample to evaluate next, which samples have been completed, and optionally re-start completed samples. Additionally, No Samples questionnaires can also appear in the list.

Questionnaires using Sample Entry Mode: Confirm will display in the list. Questionnaires using Sample Entry Mode: Skip will not appear in the list, instead they will automatically start according to serving order from the Design Block and can not be re-started at the end.

NOTE – On Cutting Tests, Enforce Serving Order is set to "No" in Design Block by default. If Enforce Serving Order is changed to "Yes", samples will display one-by-one on the Sample Entry Confirm screen according to the serving order from the Design Block. At the end of the Test all completed samples will display in a list for participants to optionally re-start samples as needed.

NOTE – If using Sample Entry Mode: Verify, your Cutting Test will run the same as it previously has.

The Sample Confirm screen displays as follows when Enforce Serving Order is set to "No":

Click the button of the sample to evaluate next, the sample's button displays green. Click on [Confirm] to start the survey.

The [PREVIOUS] button is enabled on the active survey, allowing the participant to return to the Sample Confirm screen to change their selection.

Once the survey is completed the sample shifts to the bottom of the list and the sample's button displays grey with a check to the right.

Completed samples can be re-selected anytime to re-start the survey. Otherwise, click [I'm Finished] to sign-out of the test once all samples have been completed.

When the Sample Display: Name option is selected for the questionnaires, names will display instead of sample codes. See Sample Display: Name for further details.
