The Sample Display option allows you to show the Sample (Report) Name, instead of the Code, on the Sample Entry Confirm screen. It also carries through to the survey and displays the Sample (Report) Name on question types including Preference, Ranking, Free SortZipper, Zipper Merged, Show Previous Sample Answers and Review Tables. Additionally, the Sample (Report) Name will display on the Online Email Instructions and Online Packing Slips when the {{serving_order}} Dynamic Content is used.

NOTE  Copying an existing questionnaire will keep the same Sample Display option as the questionnaire being copied.

NOTE  If using the {{sample_code}} or {{sample_name}} variables within a survey, those will still display accordingly regardless of the Sample Display option selected.

The Sample Display option can be selected when creating a new questionnaire or editing existing questionnaires. It appears below the Sample Entry Mode menu, when Sample Entry Mode: Confirm or Skip is selected.

NOTE  The Sample Display option is available for Single Sample(s), No Samples and Multiple Samples Questionnaire Types that use Sample Entry Mode: Confirm or Skip. It is not supported when using Sample Entry Mode: Verify or for Discrimination Questionnaires.

SEE ALSO  Sample Entry Mode for further details.

Code displays the sample's Assigned Blinding Code, and is the default on all new and existing accounts.

SEE ALSO  Company Default Settings for details on how to change defaults.

Name displays the sample's Report Name as entered in Sample Details, on Single Sample(s) and Multiple Samples With Samples questionnaires.

On No Samples and Multiple Sample After Samples questionnaires, the Questionnaire Name displays.
