After five (5) failed sign in attempts, your account will be locked as a security precaution against brute force login attacks. Once the account is locked a message is sent to the email address on your profile with instructions on how to unlock the account.



To unlock your account:

  1. If you have already received an unlock instructions email, skip to step 3 below.  Otherwise, from the login form at https://app.redjade.net/ click on Didn't receive unlock instructions?



  2. Complete the email field, then click on [RESEND UNLOCK INSTRUCTIONS].


    A message is sent to the email address on your profile.


  3. Click on the Unlock my account link in the email to open it in your browser.



  4. Your account has been unlocked successfully. Enter your Email and Password then click on [SIGN IN].

    NOTE – Click the "Forgot your password?" link to Reset Password, if needed.
