After five (5) failed sign in attempts, your account will be locked as a security precaution against brute force login attacks. Once the account is locked a message is sent to the email address on your profile with instructions on how to unlock the account.
To unlock your account:
- If you have already received an unlock instructions email, skip to step 3 below. Otherwise, from the login form at https://app.redjade.net/ click on Didn't receive unlock instructions?
- Complete the email field, then click on [RESEND UNLOCK INSTRUCTIONS].
A message is sent to the email address on your profile. - Click on the Unlock my account link in the email to open it in your browser.
Your account has been unlocked successfully. Enter your Email and Password then click on [SIGN IN].
NOTE – Click the "Forgot your password?" link to Reset Password, if needed.
