Subjects that signup through an Onboarding Procedure are sent an email to confirm their account. If the confirmation email link is not completed within 2 days, the subject will no longer be able to sign in to their account until it is complete. A new confirmation email can be requested. Recruiting Managers can also go to the portal login page and initiate the confirmation email request for the subject.


NOTE – Subjects that do not respond to the confirmation email will still be able to complete the onboarding workflow and will appear as possible subjects to be contacted for recircuiting campaigns.



To resend a subject's portal account confirmation email:

  1. From the login form at https://my.redjade.net, click on Didn't receive confirmation instructions?



  2. Complete the email field, then click on [RESEND CONFIRMATION INSTRUCTIONS].



  3. Click on the link in the email to open it in your browser.



  4. Your email address has been successfully confirmed. Enter the email address and password to login to the account.

    NOTE – Click the "Forgot your password?" link to Reset Password, if needed.
