Subjects that signup through an Onboarding Procedure are sent an email to confirm their account. If the confirmation email link is not completed within 2 days, the subject will no longer be able to sign in to their account until it is complete. A new confirmation email can be requested. Recruiting Managers can also go to the portal login page and initiate the confirmation email request for the subject.
NOTE – Subjects that do not respond to the confirmation email will still be able to complete the onboarding workflow and will appear as possible subjects to be contacted for recircuiting campaigns. |
To resend a subject's portal account confirmation email:
- From the login form at https://my.redjade.net, click on Didn't receive confirmation instructions?
- Complete the email field, then click on [RESEND CONFIRMATION INSTRUCTIONS].
- Click on the link in the email to open it in your browser.
- Your email address has been successfully confirmed. Enter the email address and password to login to the account.
NOTE – Click the "Forgot your password?" link to Reset Password, if needed.
