After participants have been added to an Online Email Test, the initial Participant Instructions Email will automatically send when the test is Launched and the Start Time is reached. When Assisted Check-in is used, the participant must also be checked-in before the Participant Instructions Email will send.


The Participant Instructions Email can be resent, as a reminder to complete the test, to individual participants or to all participants that have either not started their survey(s) or have not completed all survey(s) in their assigned design block.


NOTE – The content of the Participant Instructions Email is sourced from the Author Participant Instructions section under the Location step of the wizard. You may revise the Participant Instructions, prior to completing the steps below, to update the email message being resent.

Individual Participants

Resend the Participant Instructions Email to each individual, one at a time.

To resend an email to individual participants:

  1. Select the Participants tile from the test dashboard.



  2. Select the PARTICIPANTS tab, search for the participant and click on [SEND INSTRUCTIONS EMAIL].



  3. The Email Sent pop-up displays, confirming that the email has been sent.





All Participants

Resend the Participant Instructions Email to all individuals that have either not started their surveys or have not completed all surveys in their design block.

To resend an email to all participants:

  1. Select the Participants tile from the test dashboard.



  2. Select the PARTICIPANTS tab and select EMAIL INSTRUCTIONS TO ALL from the [...] drop-down menu.



  3. The Emails Sent pop-up displays, confirming that the emails have been sent.
