The RedJade Booth App (available only for Windows-based computers) has been updated to support TLS 1.2, providing an enhanced level of encryption to protect data. Previous versions of the RedJade Booth App only support TLS 1.0 and 1.1, which contain known security vulnerabilities and is planned to be officially deprecated by the Internet Engineering Task Force.

Users currently running RedJade Booth App v1.0.0.2 need to uninstall and replace it with the v1.0.79.3 update.

If you have Set Up a Station in a Browser, you do not need to do anything. The browser automatically uses the highest level of TLS encryption available by default.
