The Serving Console can now be viewed in two modes, Ungrouped and Grouped by Test. Ungrouped is the default mode.

• Ungrouped – All station tiles display side-by-side, as they did prior to the release of the Simultaneous Testing feature. When multiple tests are taking place at the same time, the test currently signed in at the station is indicated on the station tile with a colored dot and a legend.
• Grouped by Test – Station tiles are split into multiple sections based on the test currently signed in at the station.

Additionally, the Serving Console is no longer specific to an individual test. When switching between different tests throughout the day, the Serving Console can remain open and the activity will continue to update when participants sign in to a scheduled test.

Ungrouped Mode

To view the serving console in ungrouped mode:

1. From the COLLECTION section, select [SERVING CONSOLE] for an active test.

2. All registered station tiles display side-by-side, as they did prior to the release of the Simultaneous Testing feature.
   
   
   
   When participants sign in to stations for a test, the Project Name: Test Name (PID: #####) displays above the active station tiles.
   
   
   
   When participants sign in to multiple tests that are scheduled at the same time, a colored dot appears to the left of the station tile's name indicating which test is currently signed in at the station. A color-coded legend with the Project Name: Test Name (PID: #####) appears at the top of the screen.

   When the Serving Console resumes back to one test, the colored dots and legend are no longer displayed.
   
   

Grouped by Test Mode

To view the serving console in grouped by test mode:

1. From the COLLECTION section, select [SERVING CONSOLE] for an active test.

2. Click on the settings icon.
   
   
   
   
3. Check the option to Group Stations By Test.
   
   
   
   
4. Click on [SAVE].
   
   
   

5. All registered station tiles display in the Unassigned section when no participants are signed in.
   
   

   
   
   When a participant signs in to a station, the tile moves up to the appropriate section with the Project Name: Test Name (PID: #####) displayed above the active station tiles. The inactive station tiles, with no participants signed in, remain in the Unassigned section.
   
   
   
   When participants sign in to multiple tests that are scheduled at the same time, the station tiles appear in the appropriate section for each test.

   When a participant completes the test or is abandoned from a station, the empty station tile remains in the test's section until the next participant signs in. If signed in to a different test, the station tile moves to the appropriate section for the test.
   
   

   NOTE – If the browser is manually refreshed/reloaded, all empty station tiles move back to the Unassigned section.
