If a subject has forgotten their login password they can have the system send them a link to reset their password. Recruiting Managers can also go to the portal login page and initiate the password reset request for the subject.
To reset a subjects portal account password:
- From the login form at https://my.redjade.net, click on Forgot your password?
- Complete the email field, then click on [CONTINUE].
A message is sent to the email address on the profile. - Click on the Change my password link in the email to open it in your browser.
- Enter a new password in the New Password field, re-enter the new password in the Confirm Password field, then click on [CHANGE MY PASSWORD].
The page is redirected back to the login page. Enter the email address on the profile and the new password to login to the account.
