Onboarding settings are managed by Recruiting Managers and control various options in the onboarding process. You can allow for subjects to update their completed Onboarding screeners, force a prompt to add children to their household and force a prompt for subjects to select product categories that interest them. Additionally, you can prompt subjects to sign up for a portal account after completing recruiting campaign screeners.


Onboarding settings are company level rules that apply to all subjects and locations within a company.

To edit the onboarding settings:

  1. From the RECRUITING section, select SETTINGS from the left navigation pane.



  2. Select the ONBOARDING tab.



  3. Select the settings to enable.

    • Allow Onboarding Retake allows subjects to update responses of completed Onboarding screeners.
    • Force Minor Entry prompts subjects to add children to their household if they would like them to participate in studies for kids.
    • Force Interest Completion prompts subjects to select product categories that are of interest to them. Interests may be used to pre-qualify subjects for participation in upcoming events.
    • Allow Portal Account Signup From Campaigns prompts subjects with a [SIGN UP FOR ACCOUNT] button at the outcome page of recruiting campaign screeners.



  4. Click on [SUBMIT].
