My RedJade Portal allows subjects to self-manage their profile, children within the household, interests, check for upcoming events and view tests scheduled to participate in. My RedJade Portal is available in various Supported Languages. Subjects that signup through an Onboarding url activate a My RedJade Portal account. Existing subjects within a company's recruiting database can be invited by Recruiting Managers to activate a My RedJade Portal account. Once subjects activate a My RedJade Portal account, they will need to sign in each time they return to access their profile.
The My RedJade Subject Portal can also be customized and themed to align with your corporate branding. The portal customization is managed by the RedJade support team. See Customize Subject Portal for further details.
| NOTE – Subjects that click on a qualify url from an email blast for a recruiting campaign do not need to sign in to their portal accounts, the screener automatically starts. At the end of the screener the subject will need to sign in before they can access their portal account. |

To log in to My RedJade Portal:
- Go to https://my.redjade.net/login.
- Complete the Email and Password fields with the login credentials, then click on [SIGN IN].
- When the subject logs in they are brought to the PROFILE page.
