Archive an Onboarding Procedures to make it unavailable. Archived Onboarding Procedure are not removed from the system. You can filter the display to show inactive procedures and restore them at any time.


NOTE – When a procedure is archived the Invite Only url no longer works to signup subjects and Open onboardings are no longer accessible from My RedJade Portal.

Archive an Onboarding Procedure


To archive an onboarding procedure:

  1. From the RECRUITING section, select ONBOARDING from the left navigation pane.



  2. Click on [EDIT].



  3. Click on [ARCHIVE].



  4. The configuration is deactivated.



  5. The Onboarding Procedure is removed from the the list when you return to the Onboarding dashboard.




Restore an Onboarding Procedure


To restore an archived onboarding procedure:

  1. From the RECRUITING section, select ONBOARDING from the left navigation pane.



  2. Click on the vertical [...] and select Show Inactive Procedures.



  3. Click on [EDIT].

    NOTE – Inactive procedures are displayed red.





  4. Click on [RESTORE].



  5. The configuration is activated.




  6. The Onboarding Procedure displays in the list when you return to the Onboarding dashboard.


    NOTE – When an archived procedure is restored the Invite Only url works again to signup subjects and Open onboardings are accessible again from My RedJade Portal.
