Subject Requirements are user defined rules added and managed by Recruiting Managers to control which fields are required and which fields need to be unique when creating subjects. Subject Requirements also control which fields are viewable and editable by the subject from their My RedJade Portal account. Requirements are company level rules that apply to all subjects and locations within a company. Adult Requirements and Minor Requirements are defined and managed independently. Minor rules apply to subjects with a date of birth that is less than 18 years old by default, however, the age value can be modified to allow subjects under 18 years old to be treated as adults and create their own accounts. Minors, as defined by the age value entered, must be placed in a Household with at least one Adult Head of Household.
Subject Field requirements can be added for Code, First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Work Phone Number, Mobile Phone Number, Date of Birth and Preferred Language. Address can be set to read only. Demographic Category requirements can be added for any Exclusive categories.

NOTE – If a field is required in Subject Requirements and configured as Read Only, Hidden, or not Required on Profile Confirm, the Subject record will not be updated when submitting the Profile Confirm form if no data is entered for that field. The Participant record and Check-In History will be updated with all other field data entered for record keeping on the test. |
