A category can be deleted if it no longer intends to be used for tests. When a category is deleted it is removed from each Subject assigned to. 


NOTE – Deleting a Category will remove the assigned demographic from Subjects, remove the demographic category from filters in Campaigns, and invalidate Demographic Assignments within an Onboarding Procedure Screener. Deleted Categories cannot be automatically recovered. The category would need to be recreated and assigned to the each Subject individually.




To delete a category:

  1. From the RECRUITING section, select CATEGORIES from the left navigation pane.



  2. Search for the category and click on [EDIT CATEGORY].



  3. Click on [DELETE CATEGORY].


    The Category is deleted.
