Subjects in RedJade are added and managed by Recruiting Managers and Recruiters.

To add a Subject:

  1. From the RECRUITING section, select SUBJECTS from the left navigation pane.



  2. Click on [CREATE].



  3. Complete the subject's contact information.  The following are default requirements:
    • First Name is required and is editable from the subject's Portal account.
    • Last Name is required and is editable from the subject's Portal account.
    • Email must be unique within the company and is editable from the subject's Portal account.
    • Code must be unique within the company and is read-only from the subject's Portal account. A Code is automatically generated and assigned when one is not specified. The auto-generated Code can be changed or removed as desired.


    NOTE – The Code and Email Address can be used for subjects to log in to Self Check-in Tests. See Understand Test Types and Options for further details on the various Check-In Methods.

  4. Click on [SUBMIT].
