Before you can collect data for a test, stations for the offsite facility must be registered. Once the test begins you can monitor the stations via the Serving Console. You should receive two URLs from the project manager, one for registering stations and one for accessing the Serving Console. You'll need to copy the registration URL to each station.
If you have problems activating an offsite station in your browser, clear browser cookies and site data, and ensure the browser has allow sites to save data on your devise and cookies enabled. Also, if browser cookies and site data are cleared for any reason, you will need to reactivate the offsite station.
