Once the locations and testing rooms are set up in the RedJade® Suite an administrator can add stations. Stations are registered and assigned to rooms within a location.

Stations are added using a unique activation code generated by RedJade and assigned to a specific room and location. The activation code for a room and location never changes. When adding stations it's best to name them in sequential order to assist in serving. For example, Booth 01, Booth 02, Booth 03, etc.


Stations may be activated in a browser (Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, Firefox) or using the RedJade Booth App (available only for Windows-based computers). The app has a smaller footprint and uses a configuration file, rather than a browser's Cookies and Site Data. If you've previously activated the station in a browser and switch to the RedJade Booth App, you will need to activate it in the booth app.

Download and Install the RedJade Booth App


To download and install the RedJade Booth App:

  1. Click on the following link. The download may start automatically, depending on your browser. If it doesn't start, click on the "RedJade-Installer.msi" file to download it and save it to your computer.

    NOTE – RedJade recommends that you save the installation file to an external USB flash drive so that you can easily install the file on each station.


  2. Open the “RedJade-Installer.msi” file to run the RedJade Booth App installer.


  3. Click on [Next] to start the installation.



  4. Click on [Yes] to allow the installation to run.



  5. Click on [Finish] to complete the installation.



  6. The RedJade Booth App icon is added to your desktop.



Get Activation Code to Register and Activate a Station


To get the activation code:

  1. From the ADMIN section, select LOCATIONS from the left navigation pane. You can also go to LOCATIONS from the COLLECTION menu.

    NOTE – Only Company Administrators and Field Site Managers can manage Locations.




  2. Click on [EDIT] of the location to activate the station under. Alternatively, click the Rooms # to directly open to the location's Rooms tab.

  3. From the ROOMS tab select a Testing Room, then click on [GET ACTIVATION CODE].



    The activation code displays. Each station needs to be activated using the code.



Register and Activate a Station in the RedJade Booth App


To register and activate a station in the RedJade Booth App:

  1. Open the RedJade Booth App from the icon on the desktop.


  2. Enter the Station Activation Code and click on [REGISTER].



  3. Complete the Booth Name field, then click on [Activate this station].



  4. The station is activated. Click on [Finished].



  5. Repeat steps 1-4, using the same code per room, to activate all stations.
