RedJade licensees can add partner facilities to connect with them in the RedJade® Suite and send hosting requests. The partner may be a current user of RedJade or the licensee can invite a partner that is currently not a RedJade member facility. Upon acceptance, the partner can set up an offsite hosting company in RedJade.

NOTE – Only Company Administrators and Field Site Managers can manage Offsite Facilities.

Invite a Partner

Send an invitation to a partner to allow them to connect with you in RedJade in order to send Hosting Requests. 


To invite a partner:

  1. From the ADMIN section, select OFFSITE FACILITIES from the left navigation pane.



  2. Click on [CREATE INVITATION].



  3. Complete the email address of the administrator from the facility to invite, then click on [SEND INVITATION].



  4. From OFFSITE FACILITIES/INVITATIONS you can see the status of all sent invitations. To cancel an invitation, click on [REVOKE].



    Once the member facility accepts the invitation, the status will change from PENDING to ACCEPTED. The member facility will be included when browsing companies to send bid requests.



View Partner Invitations

From the Offsite Facilities page you can view any previous partner invitations. 


To view partner invitations:

  1. From the ADMIN section, select OFFSITE FACILITIES from the left navigation pane.



  2. Click on [VIEW INVITATION].



    Any previously sent invitations display, along with their expiration date and status.



Revoke a Partnership

From the Offsite Facilities page you can revoke a partnership, if needed. 


To revoke a partnership:

  1. From the ADMIN section, select OFFSITE FACILITIES from the left navigation pane.



  2. Click on [REVOKE] next to the partnership you wish to terminate.



  3. Click on REVOKE THIS PARTNERSHIP on the confirmation message.


    The partnership is terminated. You will need to send a new invitation if you wish to re-establish the partnership.
