The RedJade® Suite is a comprehensive set of software applications supporting sensory research and consumer product testing. It is designed to fill the needs of stakeholders, researchers, brand managers and executives in managing all aspects of consumer product testing and provide robust tools for displaying and interpreting resulting data. It meets the needs of a global organization with multi-language support for survey development and localized project management.
RedJade runs remotely and is accessed over the internet via your web browser. No software is needed to install or update and the latest version is always in use upon login. Browsers supported are Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari. See RedJade Minimum Requirements for additional details.

Get Around in RedJade
Upon login, RedJade opens to the Home Dashboard, offering a quick look at your recent activities in the RedJade® Suite and links to the main sections. Throughout RedJade you can find your way around via menus.
The Home Dashboard provides a view of your upcoming events and recent projects. You can quickly navigate by clicking on a section tile or a recent project or event.
The RedJade® Suite is comprised of five sections, representing the major working areas within consumer product testing: Projects, Recruiting, Collection, Analyses and Admin. The Home Dashboard includes a tile for each section to which you have been assigned by your administrator. The 6th tile, Author a Survey, is a quick link to create a new survey.
See the following table for descriptions of the six tiles.
NOTE – Access to sections is determined by your administrator and managed by your assigned roles. |
Author a Survey | Provides a quick link to create a new test within a new or existing project. |
Projects | Provides the foundation for all testing activities in RedJade. A project defines test details, including locations and participants, and lets you create questionnaires, schedule tests and design serving blocks. It also associates activities done in other sections of RedJade, such as data analysis. A Project Wizard guides you through setting up a new project and creating tests and surveys. |
Recruiting | Allows you to create and edit subjects, create and manage panels and create campaigns to screen, qualify and schedule subjects for certain tests. |
Collection | Allows you to check in participants and monitor tests during data collection. You can also manage other activities, including setting up locations and sites, registering booths and managing offsite hosting requests. |
Analyses | Provides extensive capabilities for viewing, filtering, charting and presenting your data. You can view live results during the entire data collection process and perform additional functions, such as running descriptive, penalty and scoring analyses. |
Admin | Allows company administrators to manage your company account and user profiles, set up locations and manage blinding codes, offsite facilities and other admin tasks. All users can manage their user profile and notifications, teams, as well as specify default values for surveys and analyses. |
To navigate to anywhere in RedJade, select a menu item from the HOME drop-down list. The menu items vary based on your assigned roles.
Click on the RedJade "R" logo in the top-left corner on any page to return to the Home Dashboard.
Understand Roles and Access
Assigned roles define which sections in the RedJade® Suite a user can access. Only an administrator can assign roles. The initial administrator is designated by RedJade support or is the user who initiated and activated the company account. Users only see and have access to sections to which they are assigned.
