The serving console allows you to manage a test's serving activities. Users log in to the Serving Console from their station to administer or monitor a test.

NOTE – For Online and Offsite URL tests use the Serving Console URL from the Test Dashboard of each test to view the Serving Console. |
To open the serving console:
- From COLLECTION, select AGENDA and scroll to the test date you want to review. If the test is today, it will show on the Dashboard, as well.
- Next to the testing room to view, click on [SERVING CONSOLE].
- If you have not previously selected stations to monitor for this testing room, you will be prompted to do so. Click to open the Serving Console Settings window.
- Select the Room to view from the drop-down menu, select the individual stations to view or click on [SELECT ALL].
The Timer Threshold defines the "Warning" and "Critical" values to manage a consistent serving experience between samples. You can use the values to indicate the time frame within to serve or the time to wait before serving the next sample.
- Click on [SAVE].
The stations are added. You can now use the serving console to manage the test serving activities.
Click on the settings icon to edit options from step 4 and 5 above. - Click on a tile and drag to re-order tiles.
- Use the mouse cursor and hover over the booth tile. The tile flips to reveal additional options. See Abandon Booth, Skip Sample, and Skip Timer from the Serving Console for further details.
Optionally, click on [LAUNCH IN KIOSK MODE] to view the serving console in full screen mode.
