RedJade provides help via our support site, where you can locate documentation, webinars, and submit a ticket for assistance. You can also get to the support site from within the RedJade® Suite. We are continually adding and updating documentation on the support site, so please check back as the need arises.

To get support within RedJade:

  1. From the title bar, click on the ? icon.



  2. Select an Visit Support Site to access documentation or Submit a Support Request to open a support ticket.
