Throughout the RedJade® Suite are situations in which you can download data, such as design block, participant lists or results files. When you download items, they are saved to your designated location on your computer. They are also saved to your downloads in RedJade where you can access and open them.
| NOTE – Viewing a download shows the file in its previously downloaded state. It does not download the data again. If you want to update the data you need to return to the export link and download the data again. |
To manage downloads:
- From the title bar, click on the downloads icon. A list of the last ten recent downloads display.
Click on an item from this list to re-download the file. - You can click the arrow icon to view the next 10 items or use the search field to locate a file to re-download in the list.
Click the trash can icon to delete a download from the list.
