If you have forgotten your login password you can have the system send you a link to reset your password. While logged in to the RedJade® Suite you can also send a password reset link if you need to change your password.

NOTE – The following password requirements are enforced:
  • Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and include at least 2 of any of the following:
    • An Uppercase letter (A-Z)
    • A lowercase letter (a-z)
    • A number (0-9)
    • A special character (?<>!@#$%^&*()-_+=)
    • May not have more than 2 consecutive identical characters

Reset Your Password

You can reset your password from the login form if you have forgotten it. 


To reset your password:

  1. From the login form at https://app.redjade.net/, click on Forgot your password?



  2. Complete the email field, then click on [Continue].


    A message is sent to the email address on your profile.


  3. Click on the Change my password link in the email to open it in your browser.



  4. Enter a new password in the New Password field, re-enter the new password in the Confirm Password field, then click on [CHANGE MY PASSWORD].



  5. Your password was changed successfully. Enter your Email and Password then click on [SIGN IN].




Change Your Password From Your Profile

While you are logged into your profile in RedJade you can send yourself a password reset email, in order to change your password. An administrator may also send you a password reset from your user profile. 


To change your password from your profile:

  1. Select PROFILE from the left navigation pane.



  2. From the ABOUT tab, click on SEND PASSWORD RESET EMAIL.


    A message is sent to the email address on your profile.


  3. Click on the Change my password link in the email to open it in your browser.



  4. Enter a new password, then click on [CHANGE MY PASSWORD].



  5. Your password was changed successfully. Enter your Email and Password then click on [SIGN IN].
