If you have forgotten your login password you can have the system send you a link to reset your password. While logged in to the RedJade® Suite you can also send a password reset link if you need to change your password.

Reset Your Password
You can reset your password from the login form if you have forgotten it.
To reset your password:
- From the login form at https://app.redjade.net/, click on Forgot your password?
- Complete the email field, then click on [Continue].
A message is sent to the email address on your profile. - Click on the Change my password link in the email to open it in your browser.
- Enter a new password in the New Password field, re-enter the new password in the Confirm Password field, then click on [CHANGE MY PASSWORD].
Your password was changed successfully. Enter your Email and Password then click on [SIGN IN].
Change Your Password From Your Profile
While you are logged into your profile in RedJade you can send yourself a password reset email, in order to change your password. An administrator may also send you a password reset from your user profile.
To change your password from your profile:
- Select PROFILE from the left navigation pane.
From the ABOUT tab, click on SEND PASSWORD RESET EMAIL.
A message is sent to the email address on your profile.Click on the Change my password link in the email to open it in your browser.
Enter a new password, then click on [CHANGE MY PASSWORD].
Your password was changed successfully. Enter your Email and Password then click on [SIGN IN].
