Set Up a Company : RedJade

Once your account has been activated in RedJade® Suite the administrator can set up your company contact information. This is not necessarily a location of one of your testing facilities. You will set up locations in another task.

To set up a company:

From the ADMIN section, select COMPANY from the left navigation pane.
Complete the Address, Website, Email Address and phone number for the main company location. Website address is optional.
To add a company Logo Image, click on the AWAITING PHOTO box.

The company Logo Image is only visible to users logged in to the account.
To add an Email Header Image, hover over and click on Upload Email Header Image.

The Email Header Image displays at the top of emails sent to participants and subjects in recruiting, as well as at the top of the Onboarding Sign-up form.
To add an Analysis Logo Image, hover over and click on Upload Analysis Logo Image.

The Analysis Logo Image displays on the cover sheet of all results Excel files, in the header of all PowerPoint results files, as well as at the top of the Summary Report.
Click on [SAVE CHANGES].
