RedJade Member Facilities have the ability to limit their visibility to partners only, rather than public. This option makes them available only to licensees to which they are already connected. 


In order to send hosting requests to non public member facility, the RedJade licensee must add the member facility to its list of authorized partners. The member facility must then accept the request. In addition, a RedJade licensee can invite a partner that is currently not a RedJade member facility. Upon acceptance, the partner can set up their offsite hosting company in the RedJade. This document describes the process for the licensee to add the member facility as a partner.

NOTE – Only Company Administrators or Field Site Managers can manage Offsite Facilities.

Invite a Partner

Send an invitation to a partner to allow them to connect with you in RedJade in order to send Hosting Requests. 

To invite a partner:

  1. From the ADMIN section, select OFFSITE FACILITIES from the left navigation pane.



  2. Click on [CREATE INVITATION].



  3. Complete the email address of the administrator from the facility to invite, then click on [SEND INVITATION].



  4. From OFFSITE FACILITIES/INVITATIONS you can see the status of all sent invitations. To cancel an invitation, click on [REVOKE].



    Once the member facility accepts the invitation, the status will change from PENDING to ACCEPTED. The member facility will be included when browsing companies to send bid requests.



Accept a Partner Request

In order to send hosting requests the RedJade licensee must add the member facility to its list of authorized partners. By adding, the member facility is sent a partner request. This task describes the process for the member facility to accept the partner request.

NOTE – Accepting a partner request is not required if the member facility locations are set to "public." See Set Up Testing Locations.


Once the licensee sends the invitation, the user specified in the request by email address will receive an invite from RedJade. 


To accept a partner request:

  1. From the email invite, click on the link to accept the invitation. The RedJade login page will open in your browser.



  2. Sign in to the company account. If the company has not been set up, you will be prompted to create a company account.



  3. After logging in, click on [ACCEPT].



  4. Once the request is accepted, review the partnership from the COLLECTION section, AUTHORIZED PARTNERS.

    NOTE – Only Company Administrators and Field Site Managers can see the AUTHORIZED PARTNERS form.
